Final product

We deliver the finished component stained and colour-finished in black, with threaded inserts and ready for direct installation into a flat roof leak detection device.

Stained part

After SLS production, we stain the part black, giving it a uniform dark look without any additional protective coating.

SLS part after production

We produce the base of the part using SLS technology in regular small series. After printing, the part has the typical fine-grained surface structure.

Final product

We manufacture the electronics housing using SLS technology, texture its surface, stain and colour-finish it in black and fit it with threaded inserts. The part is then ready for mounting the display, keypad and other components.

Textured SLS part

The base of the housing is created by SLS printing with a texture applied directly to the model surface. After printing, the part has its final geometry and surface structure, but without colour finishing or assembly.

Final product

Starting from an initial visualisation, we created a final functional cocktail holder, including the 3D model, SLS production, integrated backlighting, hand painting and protective varnishing.
